These terms govern purchases made on the One Luxy Italy website. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them.
Orders and contract
An order is concluded when payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to decline orders where a product is unavailable or the details provided are irregular.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Italian Consumer Code you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Our returns programme extends this to 30 days.
Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction. The European ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
