Shipping & Returns
We deliver across Italy and Europe by insured express courier. Every piece travels in our protective packaging.
Shipping times and costs
Italy: delivery in 2–4 working days. Free shipping on orders over €100, otherwise €5.90. Europe: delivery in 4–7 working days, shipping €19.90.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Returns
You may return a piece within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, undamaged and with original tags. Returns are free within Italy. Write to balsvet55@gmail.com quoting your order number to receive a return label.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, after inspection of the piece.
Customs and taxes
Prices include Italian VAT. For shipments outside the European Union any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
